Five Steps to Success

You’re only five steps away from being up and running with FieldAware, and we’re here to help you through each one of them:

1. Configure the service

This step only takes a few minutes. It’s simply a matter of entering your company information and users into FieldAware.

2. Load your data

Do you have your customer, product and task information in electronic form? Perhaps in spreadsheets, or in your accounting system? If so, you can typically load all of this data within a couple of hours.

3. Download the Mobile App

Have your staff download their mobile app from the appropriate app store (iPhone or Android) and enter their authorization code. They can do this as soon as you’ve set up their user records.

4. Take our customer support training

Spend some time getting used to the layout of the system and how to use it. The intuitive screens make it easy, and our staff will guide you along the way. Most companies only need a week or so to get everyone up and running comfortably.
