Spark Power selects FieldAware to transform its field service
Delivering enhanced customer service and supporting growth
PLANO, TEXAS [April 19th 2017] – FieldAware, the leader in made-for-mobile, cloud-based field service automation solutions today announced that Spark Power, a leader in the Canadian power and energy sector, will deploy FieldAware across its service operation of over 150 high voltage technicians to provide leading customer service, expand their current technology investment and support their growth.
Spark Power prides itself on delivering superior service to Canada’s renewable energy and power services markets across its portfolio of offerings. It wanted to enhance that initiative by better enabling their planning, scheduling, dispatch and execution of field work with best-in-class technology to be more responsive to customer needs. Already using NetSuite OneWorld as its ERP, it was important to Spark Power to utilize a NetSuite certified partner so they could integrate seamlessly and quickly, while mapping their new solution to their current business processes.
“FieldAware was chosen after a rigorous selection process,” said Jason Sparaga, Spark Power CEO. “We knew we wanted to work with a NetSuite certified partner who also had the advantages of a cloud-based solution but it was really the business user case that proved conclusive. The user experience needed to be strong to ensure adoption. During our evaluation, we were impressed with FieldAware’s user-interface and its easy and intuitive workflows.”
“For Spark Power, enabling our technical base with the very best tools so we can give our customers the best experience, gives us an incredible advantage in the market. Leveraging the latest, innovative solutions will further support our mission to be the leading service provider for the power and renewable energy sector in Canada.”
“We are delighted to be working with Spark Power to extend their investment in NetSuite out into their service operation,” said Steve Mason, CRO of FieldAware. “FieldAware for NetSuite is a made-for-mobile field service management solution for NetSuite customers with a focus on simplicity, ease of use and flexibility.
“We have worked closely with Spark Power to deliver a swift implementation as we were able to provide the easy integration and customization they required, right out of the box.”
Sparaga concludes: “Our goal is to not only drive productivity improvement, but also use the insight and data gained from FieldAware to derive actionable improvement for our business and customers. Essentially, we want to continue to move from providing service not just on a reactive basis but also be proactive by utilizing the best of technology to know what our customers need, even before they do.”
As Spark Power continue their growth, they will be implementing FieldAware across all their locations to ensure they are using a consistent work management process across their entire business.
Spark Power and FieldAware will be at SuiteWorld17, NetSuite’s landmark exhibition April 24th-27th Las Vegas. To see FieldAware in action, please visit us at Booth 525.
